Welcome to The Artsy Llama

The Artsy Llama has been teaching classes across the country since 1989. She spent her childhood being encouraged in her creativity by her parents who sent her to a multitude of art classes. She attended The College of the Desert, in Southern California focusing on Art and Early Childhood Education.She was a long-time artist at The Christmas Craft Festival at Knotts Berry Farm, and volunteered as the Arts and Crafts Director for Easter Seals Camp Oakes where she adapted arts projects for special needs campers. She now resides in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She works in several mediums including pastels, acrylics, polymer clay, mosaic, and other mixed media. She also loves the environment and incorporates vintage art supplies and repurposed materials into her works when she can
